Gateau St.Honore
While a bunch of Daring Bloggers tried their hand at Gateau St.Honore, an interesting French pastry showcasing the likes of puff pastry, pate choux, custard, caramel and whipped cream, I decided to try it out as well. I added a little twist to my version, using Grand Marnier instead of the usual lemon zest. While it took me hours of preparation and refrigeration, I was pleased with the outcome.
